I can only be happy about this after the FUD they tried to pull with patents regarding Linux
- wmf 19y agoI don't know if we should be happy; according to Groklaw the bankruptcy filing will put the Novell and IBM lawsuits on hold, moving SCO's day of reckoning even further into the future.
- ks 19y agoThis just means that someone will buy their "patents" cheap and start another lawsuit.
- cstejerean 19y agoWell, if I recall they didn't have much to stand on with their patents regarding Linux so I'm not too worried about this.
