Feedback is great, but I wouldn't rely on any potential sales numbers you gather without first getting commitments in writing, or even a deposit. Someone saying

Someone saying they will buy is a lot different than doing. A friend of mine recently had less 10 commitments out of 100 come through with cash, and that was with written commitments-- they basically said "then sue me."
