Thanks for the reply. I actually began learning from tutorials and I agree it is hard to to tell what to use and if you're actually learning. I want to create a clear cut system on how to plan, wireframe and actually design beautiful websites. I think the one-on-one help can be an added benefit and of course I would be fully engaged in my community - not just posting videos but actually critiquing and helping users get better.
