Yeah, I got to about the third para...zzzz and popped over to the HN comments to see if it's worth steeling myself for the rest. However, it looks like the biggest mistake was made by the submitter. Just go to the site root, and it's a pretty good thumbnail, or at least a teaser, of what the thing does. The "about" that was submitted is intended for someone who saw the root, got interested there, and now wants to know more. The about could definitely have been better written though.
