Balanced is growing __FAST__. Really fast. We're trying to scale our support infrastructure and we need sharp engineers to help us pave the way. This engineering position is an externally visibile role for Balanced, so it requires strong interpersonal and communication skills alongside sharp technical aptitude. We handle a dynamic variety of challenging problems that arise in every day support operations @ Balanced. - You should be able to enjoy hacking in multiple languages and quickly adapt to foreign environments. - You're very comfortable with frontend as much as you're comfortable with backend. - Your communication skills are fantastic. - You like to automate things. - You are big fan of open source and understand that we're an open company[1]. - You are vehemently opposed to over engineering.
