Interesting article, but I don't see anything in there about a specific Chinese ASBM that can travel at Mach 10. The OP article suggests that the missile can do 2000 km in 12 minutes. To my mind that counts as bluewater as opposed to being off someone's coast. On the flip side, we haven't seen a naval war where low-tech threats have been leveraged to their highest effect.
