She should disrupt her life and tear down her most important professional relationships to go somewhere that doesn't exist?
- calinet6 14y agoI was in a negative situation at a workplace (despite being a straight male) and yes, I did exactly that, and found a new job that was a hundred times better. Sometimes it's a good idea to leave and find something better. Sometimes it's worth it to stay and try to change the situation. It's difficult to say when each action is appropriate, but you can't say that either one is strictly a poor choice. In other words, yes, she absolutely should if it makes sense.
