Ya I like this - 'catching' the ejaculate would still present risks but it should all-but eliminate unwanted pregnancies and greatly reduce STD's which are passed by fluid exchange. You still have to worry about things like Herpes and HPV but this would be vastly better than no condom. Maybe something that just partially covers the head of the penis?
