We already have all the laws we need. Unsafe driving, for any reason, is punishable. If we need a law for eye-mounted screens we'll need another law for intra-ocular implants, and exceptions for eye-taps for medical purpose, and another law forbidding thinking about fantasy football, and so forth. Too many laws doesn't achieve the objective, it just causes lawyers.
