- paulgb 18y agoWhat I really find remarkable was that all 25,000 images were collected by three guys with day jobs, in one season. http://seatdata.com/html/home/faq.htm http://seatdata.com/html/home/faq.htm http://seatdata.com/html/home/adventures.htm http://seatdata.com/html/home/adventures.htm
- fallentimes 18y agoAgreed. Their $10 membership is truly a bargain.
- silentOpen 18y agoI hope they have a licensing deal with TicketStumbler.
- swombat 18y agoNow if someone could do that for Operas... I'm sure it'd only cost a few million bucks in ticket prices...
- tdavis 18y agoThe waste, at least to me, is that the site is setup in a way that hinders the use of those images. They can only be downloaded one at a time (Dan does a LOT of clicking ;) and there's not even an API. Part of me wants to contact these guys and say, "Hey, waive our ridiculously underpriced fee for using these and I'll code you up a smart API that figures out which image you want based on section names. And only use one watermark please." There's so much potential, but it's behind all these hurdles.
