- milesskorpen 14y agoThat's ridiculous. Not only is it completely legal (assuming the people don't have a reasonable expectation of privacy), it's enormously common. Half the photographs on Twitter would violate the social rule you're suggesting.

- albedoa 14y agoSince I don't know your country of residence, I will reserve additional comment, but that is a pretty radical statement for me to read as an American.
