- thisone 14y agoBeing someone who's made a big mistake in the past and very nearly lost my job, I think the best thing is for an employer to care about an employee and try to help them work through what are often temporary problems. That being said, I don't know what happened behind the doors of SendGrid. I'm not happy to hear anyone lose their job over this and I hope, for the sake of morale at SendGrid, it wasn't the company being scared of the internet.
