Everyone in this thread is looking at this the wrong way. I'm surprised HN is reacting in such a negative way. If his diet is unbalanced, it's an issue with the official daily requirements being wrong. If he's planing on marketing his innovative product, it's a failure of marketing. Either way he's not very liable of failure.
