Interesting an I've seen it discussed a lot in sci-fi and on reddit too. But I wonder if his throat will start to constrict from lack of bulk going down it, he probably needs some bulk or at least the option of liquid and solid. Plus his teeth and gums will probably suffer from lack of stimulation.
