I could see situations in which this would matter, but most of our early employees feel super-invested in the company such that they don't see me as 'founder' or 'boss' or feel the need to indulge in office politics. We're pretty good at sniffing out 'politically savvy' folks, especially since many of us are not the greatest at 'office politics.' We have a 'no bullshit' attitude, and I get called out a lot, and I call people out a lot. There's not much hidden at Tinfoil.
