This is a disappointing comment. Africa is a big place with a diverse and exploitative history. Botswana is higher than Taiwan in the 2010 Transparency International ranking [1]. Regarding your assertion of an agenda by the opposition party, this may well be true but isn't that the whole point of having opposition parties?
