This is a bad idea. "Some people have food allergies" is nowhere near reason enough for the federal government to require such labeling, if it would even have the authority to do so. Something like this would just end up hurting operators of small restaurants.
- mgh2 14y agoI doubt that a warning will cause any harm to small restaurants, specially when they are losing business with the rising allergic consumer community.
