If we were to legally require a visible indicator when recording, would it be any worse than a cell phone?
- carlob 14y agoYes because you could still put some black tape on it or possibly circumvent the led in software via jailbraking. I guess that when the phone is in your pocket or aimed at your feet, I'm pretty sure you're not filming me.
