While there is no definitive study that shows a direct correlation, there is enough evidence to satisfy Koch's postulates for infectious cause (even if the ultimate cause of AIDS is not singular or an incidental byproduct of HIV). Show me a double blind study indicating that HIV is not a cause of AIDS and I'll show off the science.
