I'm all for CrossFit as long as it's free. Some people are paying $150 a month. That's just stupid.
- huherto 14y agoNot stupid, they just find something valuable that you don't. May be it is the gym, the trainer, peer pressure or whatever.
- clintjhill 14y agoTechnically it's free. Plenty of websites with all sorts of helpful information about programming. But paying to be a part of a box and a small community while working in a competitive environment is worth money. To me at least.
