In other words literacy is increasing.
And that's where I stopped reading Toscano's vapid screed.
- simonw 14y agoThere's a good chance the author if the opinion piece didn't compose (or even approve of) the headline. Generally it's good idea not to get too hung up on headlines for this kind of article.
