So in short both methods = lower disease.
Let's review the approaches:
- EU relies on natures own mechanism along with responsible farming and vaccination
- US relies on energy intensive washing, coating with a chemical spray and constant refrigeration

- dagw 14y agoSo in short both methods = lower disease. But the British method leads to even lower level of salmonella by an order of magnitude.
