- UnoriginalGuy 14y agoI don't understand what you mean at all. Prices for cash-in-hand individuals would be a lot lower under this scheme. Insurance covers the same costs cash-in-hand individuals pay, so no matter how many people do or do not have insurance the costs remain roughly the same.
