Oakland is much cheaper. Berkeley is as expensive as SF. What do you mean by some of the other little towns? There aren't any "other little towns." Alameda?

  Walnut Creek, etc. There are a half dozen or more. Debate semantics fine but it's clearly what he meant IMO.
