To counter the overhead of the JIT algorithm, would it be possible to do that work in a background thread or cache the JIT optimizations to disk?
- DannyBee 14y agoSee above. It varies. In some cases, it may be worse to do this than to stop the program. It's not as simple as "always work in the background until ready" .
