- Steko 14y agoIf by article you mean Gruber then yes. If you meant Tim Wu's article then you didn't read the same one I did, he says unequivocally that barring magic pixie dust, closed loses. I'm not arguing that closed wins because Apple is successful. I'm saying Tim Wu's underlying argument is a complete non sequitur and that is more effectively exposed with 35 words than 3,500.
