- woodchuck64 14y agoUdi's is so much lighter and tastier than all other gluten-free breads, I suspect black magic. Also, best gluten-free pastas anywhere in my experience: Ancient Harvest Quinoa/Corn Pastas (http://www.quinoa.net/145/163.html http://www.quinoa.net/145/163.html, sold at Amazon, Whole Foods, etc.) Amazing mac & cheese, amazing spaghetti.
