The only thing is I haven't really seen entry level jobs anywhere. I looked on Github's and Stack Overflow's job boards, is there somewhere else I should be looking too?
- darkxanthos 14y agoYou're right businesses don't call it "Jr. dev" often. Instead apply for normal dev positions that ask for a 4 year degree. Many employers will offer you a position for less money knowing you'll be more junior simply because they like you and you've proven you can get things done. Also if you're going the non-degree route and somehow getting experience employers will assume you have a fair amount of ambition and are a self-starter. Also, do not worry about money for your first real dev job. Just get one. Look to move jobs in 6-12 months and you'll get the money you want. Good luck!
