I'm not sure you're right. I was rejected by Google after 2 phone interviews with somewhat similar questions and to this day I feel like it was a failure on my part. I really should have been able to do those puzzles better. I have a job I love now, but I don't feel like I deserve it. Overall, I suck. You probably do too.
