If you're on the west coast, you need to hunt out this beer called Omission: http://omissionbeer.com/ http://omissionbeer.com/
They use some kind of magic to take the gluten out of real beer, so it tastes like a proper beer, not that sour sorghum stuff. Fantastic! Pale ale is the best but the lager is pretty decent too.
- aaronbrethorst 14y agoIt's not entirely gluten-free. I can drink a little, but not a ton of it, which sucks because I miss real beer. Here's the disclaimer on their website: Product fermented from grains containing gluten and crafted to remove gluten. The gluten content of this product cannot be verified, and this product may contain gluten. I've found it at nearly every co-op and Whole Foods in Seattle, btw.
