Verizon FIOS has the same sort of behavior.
- tmoertel 14y agoMy FiOS service has this problem as well. If the problem isn't isolated to TWC, what's really causing it?
- neurotech1 14y agoInefficient or misconfigured routing/peering between the ISP and the CDN.
