- ctdonath 14y agoMushrooms do too. Being told by your manager, more than once, you are one just sucks when he's dead-on right and enjoying the metaphor. Imagine that rose having its petals plucked every time it started blooming, used for compost applied years later to cultivate something which looks better than a stripped rose but much worse than a nurtured one.
