An iPhone companion is in the pipeline. Nice to hear your thoughts on how to make it more likely for people to actually use the app, which I think is probably one of the biggest barriers to success with this sort of thing. There is a huge amount that banks could do to make things easier for their customers but progress seems very slow. I have a friend who works for high street banks and it sounds absolutely horrendous! Better to be safe than sorry for them though I guess.
