If he doesn't want to spend any money on hardware, perhaps he could do the same with a Virtualbox VM? That can be hosted on all three of his OSes. I don't know

- cbhl 14y agoNo, that's silly, because it presents a chicken-and-egg problem -- where would you put the Virtualbox VM if you don't have a filesystem that all three OSes can read? I was very intentional in suggesting it be a separate physical device.
