I'm having trouble imagining a thought process that decides that if someone may write a bad review about you, the best course of action is to kick them out. Under every scenario I can imagine, you have now moved from "may" write bad things to "sure as hell" will write bad things. If that was her motivation, she came up with the dumbest solution possible.
