For those who don't know, Scrum says that team members should answer three questions each working day: 1. What have you done in the last day? 2. What are you doing today? 3. Are you experiencing any impediments to your work? Here is how he said these questions get implemented: 1. Did you do what I told you to yesterday? 2. Here's what I want you to do today. 3. Fuck the third question.
