At Mandalorian we generally have to work the standard work week when doing stuff for clients, but beyond that people manage their own time, often spending bits of time here or there to do the school run, take their kids to the doctors or as happened for the last two weeks, one of our consultants taking half days off every day while they get their new house sorted out. I find that a results oriented work environment seems to make for happier employees.
