Obviously this won't be the case for our generation. It won't? I often wonder what new technology my kids will get into in 30 years that I won't understand or care about. Obviously, it is different for geeks as we tend to keep up with technology better than the average person, but it seems naive to think that our generation as a whole is resistant to losing touch with the bleeding edge.
