Ouch - this seems like an overly emotional approach to an obviously worrying problem, and I do sympathise with the guy - I imagine if I were in the same position then this would make me feel good, for about 6 hours. Then I'd realise that I was possibly being a dick and just a blank page with "Please contact accounts@host" as kibibu said would have done (and not pissed anyone off too bad).
