  There is no universities from Denmark on that list, and I know that several of them offer courses in Python. I've reached out to a professor from University of Copenhagen who teaches a course on Molecular Dynamics using Python. Some universities and engineering schools in France are teaching Python or using Python in some classes. The one I attended (Télécom Bretagne) does.
