I'm late to this thread but I do know Google has a very large technical support team for businesses using Google Docs. Not only that but, don't forget Google does get audited annually, which their "customers" [businesses] do see, read, and determine whether or not they feel comfortable continuing to do business with Google. [I'm an IT auditor]
