Awesome project. Is there anything that can actually convert HTML to Markdown though?
- janerik 14y agoI use pandoc[1] for this. curl -s example.com | pandoc -f html -t markdown - [1]: http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/ http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/
- fiddlosopher 14y agoThis works too: pandoc -t markdown http://example.com
- janerik 14y agoNice. Didn't know pandoc can directly read from an URL, even easier.
- gridaphobe 14y agohttp://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/ http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/
- loevborg 14y agoThe wonderful pandoc (http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/README.html#general-options http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc/README.html#general-options) can, along with many other things.
