This sounds like a customer service failure to me.
- grecy 14y agoIf a person writing a car review were test-driving a brand new Ferrarri, and was in constant contact with customer service about something-or-other, do you think they'd tell them to fill up the gas tank? or drive carefully in snow? No. They would assume a person writing a car review is not an idiot and understands basic car concepts.
- friendly_chap 14y agoBut there are a lot more people familiar with gas based cars than electric cars.
