First of all, congratulations. The fact that you are here, asking this question, at this age, bodes well. In terms of books/links, I'd suggest: just study your textbook. For now, try to really understand the "school maths" you are currently being taught, and do as much actual programming as you can. There will be plenty of time for more advanced mathematics in a few years.
