Unrelated: I like the fact this person used Github as a "blog". I've been looking for some good blogging software & host for a while, but Github might just fit my needs :)
- jkat 14y agoit's pretty common..it leverages github pages (1) which itself is powered by jekyll (2) (1) http://pages.github.com/ http://pages.github.com/ (2) http://jekyllrb.com/ http://jekyllrb.com/
- minhajuddin 14y agoCheckout http://substancehq.com http://substancehq.com too, it is a very simple hosted blogging engine.

- MatthewPhillips 14y agoWord of caution: GitHub has, at least in the past, had issues of gh-pages taking hours to be built. So if you are writing something particularly timely (like a project announcement) it might not be the best idea. I gave up on using it for precisely this reason ~ 1 year ago so things might have improved.
