Khan Academy might be exactly what you're looking for. It has videos ranging from addition all the way through to second year undergrad calculus. I've found the most important (and difficult) part of learning math is to force myself to practice. Much like programming, mathematics is something best learned actively. Simply reading/watching videos rarely gets me anywhere.
