  Very true. I guess I'm looking at it from a World perspective - and in the countries that carry the most weight this seems to be clearly illegal. Interestingly, even when it's not, a la Mega, the police hired buy the rich don't even care if what they are doing is illegal. I have no doubt this will cause enormous upheaval and hopefully change in the coming years, as more and more people become aware of how much they are overstepping their authority.
