I do something like that. My right alt key set to do alt+e for é or alt+u for ú. Also works nice for doing things like ³ and π with the number 3.

- ht_th 14y agoI use the Windows keys for that as I have no other use for them. Now you've mentioned it, I can make easily a lot of symbols I've never used as well: ₈8⁸ǫẹ. That might come in handy writing formula in plain text.
- yareally 14y agoThat's sort of why I have them as well. I used π or µ as a variable constant before in a script I was writing or use ² and ³ in documentation for something.
