Ask HN: Anyone using Q12 Happiness Survey to evaluate your team? Others?

Gallup has put together a pretty cool survey methodology using only 12 questions to track employee happiness. They believe these factors are most accurately reflect performance and firm success. Since we are on an aggressive milestone schedule and have a remote team, we are thinking about using the survey to quickly do a monthly or quarterly assessment of our employees.
