Several of them ask questions that are clearly explained in the actual paper - http://arxiv.org/abs/1301.6822 http://arxiv.org/abs/1301.6822 - which is linked at the bottom of the article (albeit broken because of a spurious colon). Some of them even ask questions that are explained in the abstract.
